Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that a work has been posted or uploaded on the Adaware Site in a way that infringes yours or any third party's copyright, please notify our designated agent at the below e-mail address in accordance with the below instructions.

To be effective, a notification of alleged copyright infringement should include at least the below information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that is alleged to have been infringed and sufficient details on how to locate that work. In case that you are not the copyright owner you should also submit a physical or electronic signature of the owner of the copyrighted work specifying that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit Adaware to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an e-mail address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing work at the Lavasoft Site is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or Authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

NOTICE: Please note that by posting, uploading or otherwise make available any content on the Adaware Site you grant Adaware and any and all users of the Adaware Site a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use such content as further detailed in the Terms of Use.
