• Is Adaware Protect an antivirus software?

  Adaware Protect includes some components of an antivirus software, such as blocking suspicious websites that include malware, but our privacy and security bar does not remove any viruses that may already be on your PC. If you are in need of an antivirus software, we strongly recommend you download a free version of Adaware Antivirus, which is available directly from within the Adaware Protect application.
