IN USING OUR WEBSITES AND ANY OF OUR SERVICES, EITHER THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR VARIOUS PRODUCTS MARKETED UNDER SEPARATE BRAND NAMES OR BY ACCESSING OUR SERVICES THROUGH A WEB BROWSER, YOU AGREE TO CONDUCT YOURSELF IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER AND SPECIFICALLY:
Do. You agree that you will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
- Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated at all times;
- Use the Services in a reasonable manner; and
- Comply with your contractual obligations, as stated in the applicable product End-User License Agreement
Don’t. You agree that you will not:
- Act in a dishonest or unprofessional manner by using any unprofessional conduct that involves publishing information that is inappropriate, defamatory or incorrect or that is injurious to us, any other end-user of our Services or one of our business partners;
- Adapt, change or develop derived works based, in whole or in part, on any of our websites, software applications marketed under specific brand-names or any of our Services or any technology underlying the Services;
- Use software or manual or automated devices, coding robots or other means to access, explore, extract or index any page on any of our websites;
- Use automated software (“bots”) to add or upload content, send or redirect messages or for any other activities;
- Access by automatic or manual means or procedures any of our websites for the purpose of monitoring its availability, performance or functions or for any other competitive reason;
- Use framing or mirroring or otherwise simulate the appearance or functions of any of our websites;
- Attempt to or successfully circumvent any security feature included in or underlying any of our websites;

- Infringe upon or use of our software products, logos or marks, in a commercial name, email address or Web address or otherwise.
